Gratitude

This process involves expressing gratitude for what you already have and what’s to come. I especially like to practice gratitude in the morning as it’s a great way to start my day on a positive note. I write down a few things I’m grateful for and try to make these different each day. It’s best to write this down on paper rather than thinking it, however you practice gratitude, you will see the benefits.

Gratitude shifts our energy into a state of abundance, making us a vibrational match to the things we desire.

Here’s some ways to bring gratitude into our daily lives more:

Gratitude for the Present

Start by appreciating what you already have. This reinforces the belief that you are already abundant, which attracts more of what you want.

  • Daily Gratitude List – Write down 3-10 things you're grateful for each morning or night.

  • Gratitude Walk – Take a walk and mentally express gratitude for your surroundings, body, life, and goals.

  • Verbal Gratitude – Say “thank you” often, whether to people, the universe, or yourself.

Gratitude for the Future

This is where manifestation happens—you express gratitude as if your desires have already come true.

  • Future Gratitude Journal – Write entries as if your manifestations have already happened. Example:
    “I am so grateful for my thriving business that brings me financial freedom and joy every day!”

  • Morning Gratitude Affirmations – Say things like:
    “I am grateful that my dream job has found me.”
    “Thank you, universe, for aligning everything perfectly for me.”

  • Gratitude Meditation – Visualize your future self living your desired reality and feel the gratitude in your heart.

Gratitude as a Manifestation Amplifier

  • Gratitude Before Sleep – Reflect on at least three things that made your day great.

  • Thank You Letter to the Universe – Write a heartfelt letter thanking the universe for all that’s on its way.

  • Gratitude Jar – Write something you’re grateful for every day and place it in a jar. Review them whenever you need a vibrational boost.

Any of these techniques will enhance your life and manifestations. Take what works for you and implement it into your daily routine!
